Responsibilities

• Helping patients with everyday tasks like eating, dressing, using the restroom, and washing.
• Carrying out routine clinical duties such as monitoring patient conditions, helping with mobility, and recording vital signs.
• Keeping an eye on junior employees and making sure they follow care guidelines.
• Interacting with patients, families, and medical staff in an effective manner.
• Assisting with new hire training and making sure they comprehend their responsibilities.
• Reacting quickly to crises and provide the support that is required.

Outstanding interpersonal abilities There is no work permit sponsorship option available, and we are exclusively hiring EU nationals for this role. Possesses an understanding of human motivation Able to deal with challenging personnel and disagreement. Competent at carrying out agreed-upon tasks. Completed FETAC level 5 certification in care A minimum of one year in a nursing home is preferred, as is QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or a comparable certification.
