The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, though we welcome applicants proficient in other programming languages. This role requires hands-on experience with artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, containerisation, and cloud platforms to support the development and deployment of scalable, innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable full stack applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Implement AI-driven functionalities and integrate machine learning models into applications. Develop and manage containerised applications using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise applications for performance and scalability. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement. Required Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in Java; experience with other languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#) is a plus. Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Experience with AI technologies, including machine learning frameworks and APIs. Proficiency in containerisation tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes. Hands-on experience with cloud services and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalent). Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and development. Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications in cloud platforms or containerisation technologies. Experience with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.
