Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Systems Manager to join our team and drive efficiency, innovation, and technological integration across our projects.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in construction project management and a passion for modern tools and systems.

The candidate should have on-site project experience and be proficient in project management software and digital tools.

Responsibilities include implementing system integrations, enhancing reporting, and ensuring cohesive operations across project phases.

Main duties and responsibilities : Project Leadership & Coordination : Lead multiple projects, ensure timely delivery within scope and budget, and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Systems Integration & Technology Implementation : Evaluate and implement project management tools, oversee system integration, and train team members.

Digital Project Management : Use platforms like Procore, Aconex, Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM 360; develop dashboards and reports; support data-driven decisions.

Process Optimization : Improve workflows, standardize documentation for traceability and accountability.

Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure safety compliance and mitigate risks throughout projects.

Qualifications : Experience in construction project management or systems implementation.

Proficiency with project management software.

Track record of digital system implementation and efficiency improvements.

Understanding of construction lifecycle, procurement, and contracts.

Leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Tech-savvy with a focus on continuous improvement.
