Welder / Fabricator - County Westmeath. Our client seeks a skilled welder / fabricator with a passion for precision and quality craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities : Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements to plan fabrication and welding tasks Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Cut, grind, and prepare metal components for assembly Weld components using manual or semi-automatic processes in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead) Inspect and test finished welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards Repair and maintain production equipment and components as required Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment Interested applicants should have : Certified welding qualification from a recognised training provider Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong knowledge of different metals and their properties Skilled in using fabrication tools including grinders, saws, drills, and plasma cutters Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently Commitment to health & safety practices at all times Skills : Welder Fabricator FMCG Production
