The Role : This is a full-time position working in a professional office environment. You will be an important member of our team with responsibility for supporting our helpdesk ticket system and monitoring cloud environments. You will be : The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who can work on their own initiative with; A proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good planning and organisational skills with excellent time management. A passion for helping people.
