Job Title : Project ManagerLocation : North DublinSalary : up to €95,000

There is a strong pipeline of projects arranged for the next number of years across the residential sector. Your new roleAs a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving key projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Leading project planning sessions
  • Ensuring there is high-quality work being performed on site
  • Coordinating staff and internal resources
  • Managing project progress and adapting work as required
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, architects and management
  • Ensuring projects meet deadlines
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Designing risk mitigation plans
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in Construction.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Previous on-site experience.
