In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day :

• Operate as a key business partner to support and advise on a range of commercial legal matters and in doing so actively contribute to the ongoing success of the Primark business.
• Lead on the drafting, review, and negotiation of a variety of commercial contracts
• Provide commercially focused, pragmatic legal advice that supports Primark’s growing business.
• Partner with teams across the organisation to deliver solutions aligned with our business objectives while upholding our values.
• Monitor and provide updates on legal developments affecting the retail industry and help the business prepare.
• Effectively collaborate with outside law firms when needed, managing timelines and budgets for this as required to ensure maximum value for Primark.
• Talented solicitor with 2 - 5 years PQE, including experience in private practice in Ireland or the UK.
• Excellent academics and legal experience relevant to Primark’s business.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
• Ability to apply a rigorous legal interpretation without compromising the business.
• A history of developing effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation
• A strong work ethic and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
