RecruitNet International Ltd is hiring an HCA for a Nursing home in Co Kilkenny, Ireland.

Responsibilities

Person-centred care delivery

Resident support and companionship

Mobility assistance

Personal care and hygiene support

Effective communication with nursing staff

Observation and reporting skills

Feeding and hydration assistance

Social activity participation

Family liaison and relationship building

Infection control and cleanliness maintenance

Health and safety awareness

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Requirements

Healthcare support knowledge (FETAC/QQI Level 5 or equivalent)

Understanding of HIQA standards

Strong communication and listening abilities

Professionalism and reliability

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Positive attitude and outlook

Fluent written and spoken English
