Job Description : Key Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning of VRV / VRF systems, split units, close control systems, and chillers
• Interpretation and execution of system layouts and technical drawings
• Troubleshooting and resolution of installation and commissioning issues
• Coordination with project managers, site supervisors, and other on-site trades
• Supervision and mentoring of junior team members, including apprentices and general operatives
• Compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Completion of project documentation and handover reports

Job Requirements :

Essential Criteria- Fully qualified refrigeration engineer with relevant trade certification- Minimum 5 years' post-apprenticeship experience in the installation of air conditioning / HVAC systems- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in the installation and commissioning of : - VRV / VRF systems- Split air conditioning units- Close control units- Chillers- F-Gas certification (in-date and valid)- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and organisational skills- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Full driving licence- Entitlement to work in Ireland and / or the EUDesirable Attributes- Experience leading small project teams- Additional certifications (e.g., Safe Pass, Manual Handling, MEWP)- Previous experience with Daikin, Panasonic, or Tecnair systems is advantageous78293 IND2
