Job descriptionEnsure the repair, maintenance and general upkeep is maintained to the highest possible standard at all times Accept assigned tasks as per Maintenance Management System and complete to a high standard of work General carpentry duties e.g. hang (fire) doors, skirting, architrave Fitting of ironmongery Painting Gardening duties / general cleaning duties Glazing - to fit double glazed units Tiling Assigns with proper training and direction completion of preventative maintenance work or repairs Completes all necessary reporting and documentation as required. Ensures that property and equipment are maintained in a safe manner, and that all repairs are made as specified by manufacturer. Reports any unsafe conditions to management. Complies with company's safety / security rules and instructions in performing work efficiently while protecting self, fellow workers and the service users Performs other duties as required or assigned Qualified or Part Qualified in a relevant trade would be a distinct advantage 1 2 years' previous experience in a similar role Full clean driving license Able to work as part of a team or individually Selfstarter with ability to work under minimum supervision
