Senior Project Manager - Electrical / Mechanical

Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all maintenance of projects.
• Develop maintenance project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Manage all aspects of project team performance, including maintenance coordination, communication, and conflict resolution.
• Manage project risk, including identifying potential maintenance issues and developing mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards.
• Ensure timely completion of all required project documentation.

Qualifications :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Candidates must be based in Ireland and be available to work with out restrictions
