Sales Executive | Hotel and MICE

SALES EXECUTIVE | HOSPITALITY | CO. KILDARE | PERMANENT | Our client, located in is searching for an office based Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. Please note that this role is office based, Monday to Friday, with occasional on-site attendance at events and networking opportunities on the weekends if required. The office is located near a public transport and also has on site parking provided. ON OFFER | Base salary of €36k - €38k Reward scheme based on performance Learning and development opportunities Pension Group Health Insurance (reduced rates) Meals while on duty THE ROLE| You will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing a strong pipeline, and maintaining meaningful relationships with existing business opportunities. Working alongside the marketing team you will assist in growing accounts for leisure, wedding and events within the business. RESPONSIBILITIES| Direct and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline Focus on driving new business by engaging in lead generation, meetings and contract negotiations Monitor corporate accounts monthly to track production levels. Attending meetings, events and open days on behalf of the business when required REQUIREMENTS| 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales role A friendly, creative thinker with a commercial mindset who enjoys building relationships Results-driven with a strong focus on meeting sales targets. Proven success in managing the full sales cycle, including closing deals WHAT NEXT?
