Engineering Supervisor

Experienced Engineering Supervisor Vickerstock are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading Food Manufacturing client, renowned for continuous innovation and investment in their processes and products.

We are currently seeking an Engineering Supervisor to join their state-of-the-art facility in County Cavan.

As Engineering Supervisor, you will oversee all engineering operations on shift, balancing team motivation with the implementation of management initiatives.

Leading a team of skilled engineers and apprentices, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of all production departments.

You will also be responsible for delivering engineering KPIs, targets, and plans in line with business objectives.
