Primary Duties
As a Manager / Senior Beauty Therapist, your duties will include :
- Performing a variety of beauty treatments, with a strong emphasis on facials
- Leading and mentoring the therapist team to maintain high service standards
- Managing daily salon operations, including scheduling and client relations
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assisting with inventory management and product ordering
Requirements
