Occupational Therapist - Children's Disability Network Team 5 (SC25-812)

Job Description Applications are invited for the above permanent full-time position. About Us Stewarts Care is a long-established voluntary organisation, funded by the HSE under Section 38. We support people with intellectual disabilities through residential care, day services, independent living, job advocacy, and vocational training. Purpose of the Post Reporting to the Childrens Disability Network Manager, the Occupational Therapist will on work on a Permanent, Fulltime contract. The Occupational Therapist will work as a member of the interdisciplinary team in collaboration with MDT colleagues providing services to children from 0-18 years and families who are accessing the Children's Disability Network Team, responsible for the provision of an occupational therapy service to include assessment diagnostics and intervention and ongoing service delivery to children with complex needs. Experience and Qualifications Hold a qualification in Occupational Therapy recognised by the Occupational Therapists Registration Board at CORU. Practitioners must maintain annual CORU registration. Effective communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills. Effective planning, organisational and time management skills. Salary In line with the Department of Health consolidated pay scales, the current salary scale is Occupational Therapist € 44,563 - € 63,786 incl. LSI per annum.
