This is a greenfield opportunity to shape the direction of Agentic AI development from the ground up, creating intelligent, autonomous systems that make a real difference in sports club management and automation.

Your Key Responsibilities :

Architect and deploy Agentic AI systems that plan, act, and learn autonomously across club operations.

Define and evolve the AI / ML roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership.

Prototype and integrate agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI) to tackle real-world sports challenges.

Work closely with product and offshore engineering teams to embed AI into the core SaaS platform.

Analyse performance and continuously optimise AI workflows for measurable business impact.

About You :

2+ years working with Agentic AI, autonomous agents, or advanced LLM-based systems.

Skilled in frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar.

Proven experience building AI systems that go beyond prediction-able to adapt and self-execute.

Strong background integrating AI into SaaS platforms or operational systems.

Passionate about sports, community tech, or team-driven innovation (bonus if you've volunteered with a club).
