Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this role offers exposure across the full HR spectrum in a highly professional and regulated environment. Youll play a key role in shaping people initiatives, driving engagement, and supporting the delivery of a best-in-class HR strategy. The Opportunity In this role, youll : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (including agency management and direct sourcing), ensuring a first-class candidate and stakeholder experience. Act as a subject matter expert for recruitment and onboarding systems, driving efficiency and optimisation. Lead and support a variety of HR initiatives spanning employee engagement, DE&I, L&D, succession planning, and performance management. Play a central role in talent attraction, including graduate programme administration and employer branding activities. Partner with colleagues across HR to deliver cyclical processes such as engagement surveys, compensation reviews, and performance management. Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring policies and best practices are applied consistently. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with sector-specific regulatory requirements. Deliver data-driven insights and reports to inform decision-making. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners to support strategic people objectives. What Were Looking For A relevant degree in HR, Business, or related discipline, CIPD membership desirable. Minimum 3+ years experience in a broad HR Generalist role with strong end-to-end recruitment experience. Experience gained in a professional services or financial services environment is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, and an interest in regulatory frameworks would be advantageous. Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
