Site Engineer

Role Site Engineer Due to continued growth, M. Fitzgibbon Contractors, a construction industry leader in the mid-west requires an experienced Site Engineer to join the team in Ennis, Co. Clare.

Key Responsibilities : Setting out and surveying sites.

Review and monitor Project Design documentation Liaise with the various internal and external contributors to project delivery, including site management, sub-contractors, planners, quantity surveyors etc.

Manage the technical and engineering aspects of projects.

Provide information and expertise for the preparation of various reports to tight deadlines.

Assist with maintaining Health & Safety standards.

Requirements : Civil Engineering Degree or similar qualification.

3+ years' experience in a similar role.

Experienced in site surveying, using Total Station / GPS equipment.

Excellent attention to detail Proactive, problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge and experience of Irish construction regulations and practices.
