  • Summary :
  • Exciting opportunity to work in cutting edge conversational AI, will join a team that is the heartbeat of language understanding in our chat bot and agent copilot products.

In a micro services architecture, we leverage the latest technologies both traditional ML / NLU / NP methodologies and more modern generative AI to power these products for Genesys.

As a member of the team, you will be adding new features to these micro services allowing Genesys to be leader in self-service automation and agentic AI.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Building and testing features using python, utilising Flask and Fast API.
  • Working closely with senior engineers to deliver features.
  • Independently working on features with an eye to detail and focus on quality.
  • Minimum Requirements :
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Some experience working with python
  • Unit / Integration testing
  • Desirable Skills :
  • REST API development with frameworks like Flask / Fast AP or equivalent.
  • AWS Cloud services such as DynamoDB, Lambda, EC2.
  • Exposure to Agile software development and ceremonies.
