Capital Markets Relationship Manager

A leading financial institution is seeking a Relationship Manager to support the administration of structured finance and capital markets transactions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in structured finance, corporate trust, or capital markets operations, along with strong relationship management and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily administration of capital markets transactions

Act as primary client contact, ensuring smooth onboarding and servicing

Review and comment on legal and transactional documents

Coordinate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure controls and regulations are met

Handle closings, cash flow processing, billing, and reporting

Support business development and client retention efforts

Provide coverage and mentorship within the team as needed

Skills & Experience :

1–2+ years in capital markets, trust, or structured finance roles

Comfortable reviewing legal documentation and understanding financial terms

Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office and internal systems

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

CCTS qualification or capital markets experience is a plus
