Senior Process Development Engineer - Medical Devices (Contract)

Location : Co. Tipperary, Ireland

Contract : 12+ months | Onsite minimum 4 days / week | 40 hours / week

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Process Development Engineer to join their team on a long-term contract in Co. Tipperary. This is an exciting opportunity to work on advanced process development , particle size distribution analysis , and material science projects within the medical device sector.

Essential Requirements

• Expertise in particle size distribution analysis and ensuring material consistency.
• Strong skills in data interpretation and reporting of experimental results.
• Proven experience in process development and manufacturing process optimisation in a regulated environment.
• Solid knowledge of material science and its application in product performance.
• Hands-on experience with IQ / OQ / PQ validation protocols and GMP compliance.
• Level 8 Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-6 years in medical device or pharmaceutical process development.
