We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our marketing team. This person will play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and optimizing CRM strategies and marketing automation campaigns to enhance customer relationships, boost conversions, and improve overall marketing effectiveness. Key Responsibilities : CRM Management : Oversee the management and optimization of the CRM platform Shopify and Klaviyo, ensuring it is fully integrated with other marketing and sales tools. Design and implement customer segmentation strategies based on data analysis to target audiences with personalized content and offers. Continuously clean, update, and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information. Marketing Automation : Lead the implementation of marketing automation workflows and email campaigns using Klaviyo . Develop automated customer journeys to nurture leads, enhance customer experience, and increase retention. Analyze performance of automated campaigns, testing and iterating to optimize engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Data Analysis & Reporting : Track and report on key CRM and marketing automation metrics, including email open rates, conversion rates, engagement levels, and customer lifetime value (CLV). Conduct A / B testing and other analyses to improve campaign performance and ensure alignment with company objectives. Use data insights to continuously refine customer personas and improve targeting. Collaboration & Strategy : Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, and Content) to align CRM and marketing automation strategies with overall business objectives. Assist in developing content strategies for nurturing leads and engaging existing customers. Provide training and support to team members on CRM and marketing automation best practices. Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM and marketing automation trends, tools, and best practices. Suggest new strategies, technologies, and tactics to improve customer engagement and marketing ROI. Key Requirements : Experience : Proven experience (3+ years) in CRM management, marketing automation, or a similar role within marketing or sales. Preferably experience in using Klaviyo. Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Experience with email marketing, segmentation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization. Skills & Expertise : Proficiency in creating, designing and managing automated workflows, email campaigns, and customer journeys. Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns. Excellent understanding of customer segmentation, behavior tracking, and personalization techniques. Technical Aptitude : Comfort with data management, database segmentation, and reporting tools. Basic HTML knowledge for email design and campaign customization. Experience integrating CRM and marketing automation tools with other business systems (e.g., e-commerce platforms, customer support tools, etc.). Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals. Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Certifications in CRM or marketing automation platforms are a plus. Preferred Qualifications : Experience with additional marketing technologies like Google Analytics, social media automation tools, or data visualization platforms is a plus.
