Global Product Manager

Job Title : Global Product Manager - Power Distribution Systems Location : Dublin Salary : 90-95K DOE + bonus About the Role : Hiring on behalf of a client seeking an experienced Global Product Manager to lead the product management and growth strategy for a market-leading modular power distribution portfolio used extensively in data centres and critical infrastructure environments. You'll own the full lifecycle of the offering, drive innovation, profitability, and collaborate globally with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute product lifecycle plans (new launches, line extensions, engineered-to-order, end-of-life). Build and maintain business cases from ideation through development and launch. Conduct market research on trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory standards. Translate insights into innovative product strategies and detailed market requirements documents. Ensure all customer-facing documentation, pricing, and marketing collateral is accurate and up-to-date. Deliver sales enablement tools, presentations, demos, and training to regional teams. Track post-launch performance metrics and drive demand-generation programs with Marketing. Manage global list pricing, discounting strategy, and product-line profitability forecasts. Champion resolution of offering-related issues (quality, delivery, inventory). Identify and lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field (Master's / MBA preferred). 5+ years in technical product management, offering management, strategic marketing, or similar within electrical power distribution / critical infrastructure. Strong familiarity with modular power distribution systems and relevant standards (IEC 61439, UL 857 or equivalent). Proven experience managing global product portfolios in a matrix organisation. Excellent data analysis, financial acumen, and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and cross-regional teams. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet (or similar), and pricing tools. Outstanding written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executives and customers. Willingness to travel up to 10% (mainly Europe / US). Background in data centre power, electrification, or industrial / commercial infrastructure highly desirable.
