Theatre Quality Lead Nurse Cnm2 Grade

Theatre Quality Lead Nurse CNM2 Grade Hospital Dublin Part time Position Our client an established Hospital in Dublin wishes to recruit a Theatre Quality Lead Nurse, this is a CNM2 Grade.

This role promotes, facilitates and supports the provision of excellent care for all patients attending the Operating Theatre Department, working collaboratively with staff to promote a culture of continuous improvement to drive quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operations / Quality Improvement and Risk Management
• Leadership and Management
• Learning and Education Criteria :
• Have at least five years recent relevant post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting & a minimum of 2 years in Theatre
• Must be registered with the NMBI & have full work permits
• Have a recognised post-registration nursing course - Higher Diploma or Post Graduate appropriate to the position is essential i.e. Quality, or in pursuit of same
• Proven clinical and professional management, risk management and clinical audit ability
• Must be working in a Hospital at the moment here in Ireland or similar
• Strong Communication skills
• Organisational & interpersonal skills
• Up to date knowledge in clinical practice
• Management experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership and management skills
• Good IT skills
• Leadership skills
• Work on own initiative or as part of a team
