Our services client based in Wicklow is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Specialist, for a 14 month maternity leave contract. The successful candidates will work within the HR team providing support across all areas for HR, including recruitment, onboarding, reporting, management of HR inbox and engagement. Hybrid working on offer, along with a competitive benefits package RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED Provide quality support for all HR related administration Provide advice and coaching to employees and management regarding employment legislation and best practice Enhance existing policies and procedures Ensure to provide an excellent employee experience, for new hires and throughout all stages of the employment lifecycle Support joiners and leaver processes Management of onboarding, HR orientation and inductions Management of HRIS and performance management software HR data management and reporting Support the business to identify and deliver based on staffing needs Ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate screening, testing and management of assessment centres and participation in interviews Enhancement of Employer Brand Develop relationship with external recruitment partners EXPERIENCE REQUIRED HR Degree or related discipline 3+ years HR experience, ideally with focus on Recruitment.
