CSA Construction Manager - Dublin

Due to continued growth, our client is recruiting a

Construction Manager

to oversee the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works on a fast-track, technically complex project based in

Dublin

Key Responsibilities :

Lead coordination and management of CSA work packages including civil, structural, and architectural scopes.

Manage and support a multidisciplinary CSA team including supervisors, engineers, and package managers to ensure successful delivery.

Oversee site safety, quality assurance, and environmental compliance in partnership with Project Manager and safety teams.

Plan and monitor procurement, design, engineering, and installation activities relating to CSA works.

Develop project delivery strategies and assist commercial teams with scope definition and subcontractor procurement.

Review and resolve design issues ensuring compliance with local and international standards, protecting commercial interests.

Manage site operations, contractor management, and resource allocation to maintain schedule and quality.

Chair weekly progress meetings with CSA subcontractors and maintain documentation and reporting.

Participate in site meetings, project reviews, design coordination, and handover processes.

Manage close-out activities including punch lists, safety files, and QA documentation.

Provide daily and weekly reports to project management and support commercial variation management.

Ensure integration and coordination of 'builders works' drawings with MEP services.

Requirements :

Degree in Construction or related discipline.

Minimum 7 years' experience managing CSA construction site works on large-scale projects.

Proven track record delivering complex CSA work packages with a strong technical understanding.

Skilled in scheduling, programming, and look-ahead forecasting (4 and 12 week).

Experienced managing internal teams and subcontractors.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills with an ability to manage multiple project facets.
