• Have at least 3 years recent relevant post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting
• Experience working in HDU or ICU
• Must be registered with the NMBI & have full work permits
• Must be working in a Hospital at the moment here in Ireland or similar
• Communication skills
• Organisational & interpersonal skills
• Up to date knowledge in clinical practice
• Management qualification or willing to undertake same
• Possess well-developed leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Computer skills.
• Must have excellent patient care to a high standard
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities.
