Roles and Responsibilities Managing commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing. Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and ancillary occupancy documents. Conducting detailed title reviews and due diligence for property and finance projects. Providing property support for corporate transactions and refinancing. Maintaining and developing strong relationships with a diverse commercial client base. Job Requirements Qualified Solicitor (Ireland or E&W) with 0-3 years PQE in Real Estate. Strong technical background in commercial property transactions and landlord and tenant law. Excellent drafting skills and high attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
