Occupational Therapist

Paediatric Occupational Therapist CDNT €40€47 per hour | Full-time | 12 month contract Emerald Locums are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior paediatric occupational therapist to join Childrens Disability Network Teams (CDNTs) located in Cork, with opportunities available in both city and county areas. This will be a 12-month maternity contract offering flexible working arrangements and the chance to be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team delivering vital services to children and families. Key responsibilities : Deliver assessments and interventions for children with complex needs under the Progressing Disability Services model Work as part of a CDNT alongside SLTs, PTs, Psychologists, Social Workers and other professionals Support children and families in achieving developmental and functional goals Collaborate with families, schools and community supports to provide holistic care Maintain timely and accurate clinical records and participate in team meetings Requirements : CORU registration (essential) Minimum 3 year post-qualification experience; paediatric or disability experience preferred Familiarity with family-centred practice and multidisciplinary working Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a wider team approach Whats on offer : Competitive hourly rate : €40€50 per hour, depending on experience Long-term locum contracts (with strong potential for extension) Flexible hours full-time and part-time options Weekly pay via agency Supportive compliance and onboarding process If you're a motivated occupational therapist with a passion for paediatrics and making a difference in childrens lives, wed love to hear from you.
