Social Care Manager Prosper Meath, part of the Prosper Group, is a community-based organisation that provides a wide range of health-related and social services to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. Join our wonderful team and provide support to adults with intellectual disabilities around Co. Meath, helping them to reaching their full potential and connect with their communities. Position : Social Care Manager Location : Watergate Street Hours : 39 hours per week Contract : Permanent Salary : €56,716 to €64,899 (commensurate with experience) About the Role : We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Social Care Manager for one of our Meath day services. As a Social Care Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of your assigned Day Service. Working closely with the Area Manager, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional quality services.The Social Care Manager must ensure that the service aligns with the HSE New Directions Policy, adhering to the organisation's guidelines and standards. Essential Requirements : A third-level qualification in Social Care, Education and Training, Intellectual Disability Nursing, Allied Health Professions, or a related discipline. A minimum of five years of relevant post-qualification experience in Social Care Services. A minimum of two years experience in a leadership / management role.
