Group Finance Director - Tech

Responsibilities :

• Partner with the CFO and executive leadership team to support long-term financial planning, capital allocation, and governance.
• Collaborate with FP&A and commercial teams to unlock insights, track performance, and support strategic investments.
• Lead preparation for CSRD and ESG disclosure requirements, integrating financial and non-financial data.
• Lead the company's treasury function, managing cash flow, banking relationships, FX exposure, and hedging strategies.
• Oversee all aspects of group-level reporting, consolidation, and statutory compliance.
