We are seeking an exceptional

Homecare Training Instructor

to help grow and manage a team of motivated, compassionate carers.

You will be fully supported by our

Platinum Support Centre

This role is based at our Head Office in Blanchardstown, Co Dublin.

Travel is required as training is conducted nationwide.

Responsibilities

Oversee and deliver induction training programs for our

Healthcare Assistants

Conduct training sessions within a weekly schedule coordinated with the General Managers across Ireland.

Provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences for new carers, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and attention to detail.

Schedule training sessions and organize resources effectively.

Manage all assessments, paperwork, and compliance related to induction training.

Conduct Manual and Patient Handling classes, ensuring all equipment is maintained and serviced appropriately.

Deliver and evaluate 'Train the Trainer' courses (Level 6).

Show a genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to learner success.

Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Work independently and manage time effectively.
