Scope of the Role
The Sales Executive will support the hotel's revenue growth by managing the reactive sales pipeline and nurturing a portfolio of key accounts , while actively assisting the Sales Manager's efforts to drive proactive business development .
This role will also play a valuable part in the marketing process , helping to brief in hotel-specific needs and establishing a strong working relationship with the Group Marketing Team to ensure effective, on-brand promotional support.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, commercially minded, and confident in balancing a fast-moving workload with strategic input.

Qualifications & Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel or hospitality sales.
Track record in handling both reactive and proactive sales activities.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce an advantage).
Work Environment
Flexibility required for occasional evening / weekend work depending on business needs.
Occasional travel may be required for trade events or client meetings.
