The Company :
Barrog Healthcare is a small, private health and social care provider based in Dublin and Cork with services nationwide providing residential care, community outreach and day packages nationwide to enable people who need support across the areas of disability, aftercare, transitional and mainstream social care.

Probation : 6 months
Vetting : All applicants will be subject to reference checks, Garda Vetting and a request to provide security clearance from any country in which they resided for more than 6 months after their 16th birthday.
The Roles :
Eligibility : For all roles :
Residential Service Manager :
The Manager (Person in Charge) will be responsible for service delivery and will bring their experience and insights to this new service. You will have the opportunity to build the service from the start and lead your team of professionals.
Salary Scale : €55,000 to €61, 630. New appointees to any role are expected to start at the entry point of the scale.
Qualifications & Experience Needed :
Residential Deputy Service Manager :
The Deputy Service Manager will support the Residential Manager and will provide support and direction to our team and our clients. This is a great role for a social or healthcare professional ready to progress their career in a new team.
Salary Scale : €47,000 to €54, 496. New appointees to any role are expected to start at the entry point of the scale.

Social Care Workers & Support Workers :
Our Social Care Workers and Support Workers will provide support for our clients in achieving their goals and ambitions, whether that is through education, employment, building independent living skills, engaging with activities within the community, learning new skills, playing sports and building on meaningful relationships in their lives. We believe in a real person-centred approach to support and in ensuring that each client's support plan is made with their inclusion and towards their goals.
Qualifications & Experience Needed :
Social Care Workers :
Salary Scale : €15.00 to €20.90 dependent on experience and driving licence. New appointees to any role are expected to start at the entry point of the scale.
Support Workers :
Salary Scale : €14.00 to €18.62 dependent on experience and driving licence. New appointees to any role are expected to start at the entry point of the scale.
