Offer exceptional guest care at all times Implement departmental SOPs consistently with particular adherence to Health and Safety standards whilst carrying out treatments Ensure that treatment rooms operate efficiently with regular cleaning taking place and treatments carried out to meet 5

• guest expectations Maintain excellent knowledge of the treatments, services and prices offered in the spa, including seasonal promotions and offers Liaise directly with the Spa Manager and Head Therapist on sales targets and record daily sales figures accurately Maintain good knowledge of relevant spa trends, treatments and products available on the market Why come join us?
