Room Leader

Overview

Early Years Educator, hours 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Graduate Lead or Lead Educator position.

Wages inline with qualification / ERO rates.

Responsibilities

Plan and carry out age-appropriate and stimulating curricula.

Work as part of a team and use initiative.

Follow Health and Safety practices and understand and follow TUSLA regulations.

Provide a naturally warm and respectful approach towards children and support their holistic needs.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience, working in a creche, with Level 6 / 7 / 8 qualification

Excellent attendance, communication skills & be highly organised

Enthusiasm & a genuine interest in caring for children with the ability to work as part of a team & use initiative

Knowledge in Aistear and Siolta

Good Health and Safety awareness

Experience in planning and carrying out age appropriate & stimulating curricula

An understanding of & ability to follow TUSLA regulations

An interest in CPD courses as they arise

Pay : €14.70 per hour / ERO rates

Hours : 40 per week

Location : On-site, In person

Hours : 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
