JOB TITLE : Research Director (Quantitative)

SALARY : Up to €110k + bonus

LOCATION : Dublin - 2 / 3 days in the office

KEY DUTIES

Strategic Leadership : Drive company strategy, align with client goals, and champion innovative research methodologies.
Project & Team Management : Oversee research projects, mentor teams, and ensure quality, efficiency, and collaboration.
Client & Business Development : Build strong client relationships, present insights, and support proposals to secure growth.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Passion for Insights : Proven passion for market research, uncovering consumer behavior, and delivering insights through storytelling.

Expertise & Experience : Minimum 10 years' experience, strong quantitative skills, and track record in client management.

Leadership Skills : Skilled mentor and leader, motivating teams, managing projects, and delivering impactful results.
