Experienced Construction Cleaning Supervisor Wanted

We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor with a strong background in construction site cleaning and housekeeping to join our team.

Key Requirements :

Valid CSCS Card (essential but can be arranged if you don't have one)

SSSTS Certificate (preferred, but not essential)

Previous experience supervising cleaning teams on construction sites

Strong understanding of site safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards

Ability to manage teams, coordinate tasks, and maintain high standards across site areas

Good communication and organisational skills

Role Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage a team of cleaners on site

Ensure all site areas remain clean, safe, and compliant with health & safety regulations

Liaise with site management and contractors regarding cleaning schedules and requirements

Carry out regular inspections and report any issues promptly

Ensure COSHH and site-specific procedures are followed at all times
