Business Manager About Your New Employer Leading medical equipment provider across the Republic of Ireland About Your New Job As the Business Manager, you will develop and implement national strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans to achieve our company objectives. You will lead a team of Product Specialists, providing effective communication, empowerment, and recognition to drive team success. You will prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts, and monitor performance metrics to ensure targets are met. You will establish and maintain productive relationships with key supplier personnel and identify new potential customers to expand our market reach. You will perform field visits to develop your sales skills and drive sales, while managing national accounts and overseeing project tenders.
