Lounge Supervisor - The Atrium The College Green Hotel Dublin, Autograph Collection The College Green Hotel Dublin, part of the prestigious MHL Hotel Collection and Marriott International, is seeking an experienced and motivated Lounge Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional to grow their career within one of Dublins most iconic 5-star hotels. Reporting to the Lounge Manager, you will help ensure the smooth daily operation of The Atrium Lounge, uphold its distinctive standards, drive revenue, maintain guest satisfaction and lead a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities Support the Lounge Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of The Atrium Lounge. Lead the team to deliver consistently high standards of service in line with our 5-star brand. Assist with team scheduling, daily briefings and floor management. Train, coach, and motivate team members to uphold quality, service and presentation standards. Ensure the Atrium Lounge is always clean, well-presented and guest-ready. Proactively handle guest feedback to maintain excellent satisfaction. Support initiatives that drive guest loyalty and repeat business. Uphold all health, safety, and licensing standards in daily operations. Work closely with colleagues in Events, Sales, and Marketing to enhance the Atrium Lounge offering. About You Proven experience in a similar Food & Beverage supervisory role within a luxury hotel environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Excellent understanding of F&B operations, financial targets and cost control. A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a busy operation. Knowledge of relevant health and safety standards. Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
