General Summary :

As a member of the Qualcomm Total Rewards Management team, you will play a crucial role in the company's annual performance review process, various compensation programs, and the design and administration of health, welfare, retirement, and time-off benefit programs.

This role requires technical proficiency in relevant laws and regulations.

You will collaborate with HR partners and functional leaders across the organization to ensure our compensation and benefits programs remain competitive, compliant, fiscally responsible, and aligned with our company goals.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Compensation, Benefits, or related work experience.

OR

Associate's degree and 4+ years of Compensation, Benefits, or related work experience.

OR

High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Compensation, Benefits, or related work experience.
