This is a pure new business role no account management, no admin overload just selling. known for high-quality products, customer-focused service, and a strong commitment to safety and sustainability. If you're passionate about B2B sales, excel at building pipelines, and thrive on closing deals, this is your opportunity to take ownership of your territory and be rewarded for your results. Responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Sales, youll take the lead in driving growth across Munster : Identify and win new B2B customers across target industries. Conduct market research to uncover opportunities and develop entry strategies. Generate your own leads and secure high-value meetings through proactive outreach. Deliver impactful presentations and tailor solutions to business needs. Close deals using a consultative, solution-based sales approach. Maintain pipeline and activity tracking via Salesforce CRM. Monitor local competitor activity and respond with effective sales tactics. Once a deal is signed, our account management team takes over letting you focus on what you do best : winning new business. Key requirements Proven success in B2B field sales, preferably in workwear, PPE, industrial, or service-led sectors. A hunter mindset proactive, driven, and resilient. Experience in solution-based or consultative selling. Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot and act on opportunities. Skilled in lead generation, cold outreach, negotiation, and closing. Comfortable using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce. A full, clean driving licence is essential. On offer Competitive base salary + uncapped monthly commission and performance bonuses.
