Dental Nurse

TTM Healthcare, on behalf of our clients, are looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Dental Nurse for a practice based in Leixlip, County Kildare.

Our clients operate a leading Dental Clinic with experienced surgeons, focused on delivering high quality dentistry and aesthetic results. With advanced technology they provide precise treatments and use high quality materials for exceptional outcomes for their patients. The successful candidate will join an established team at a busy and modern practice as they expand.

The Role :

Providing oral health education to patients

Using a variety of dental instruments to scale, polish and clean teeth

Ensuring that dental tools and instruments are sterilized appropriately

Taking radiographs and impressions of teeth and giving local anesthetic under the Dentist's supervision

Delegating tasks to other members of the team to ensure maximum productivity

Collecting dental and medical histories and maintaining accurate health records of patients

Working to a professional code of ethics and keeping up to date with recent developments within the industry

Requirements :

A relevant Dental Nursing qualification

Previous experience working as a Dental Nurse in a clinic setting

Previous leadership / supervisor experience
