Salary :

€36,000 - €38,000 DOE

Hours :

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Early mornings and late evenings required, no night shift)

Shifts :

4 : 00 am - 1 : 00 pm, 6 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm, 2 : 00 pm - 11 : 00 pm

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator / Mixer to work in the raw milk processing area.

The successful candidate will produce batches according to the production plan, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain machinery used in mixing, pasteurising, and homogenisation processes.

Maintain a clean and sanitary production environment.

Work efficiently to meet production schedules.

Perform other duties as directed by the Production Manager.

Demonstrate flexibility with work schedules and overtime when needed.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience in dairy manufacturing, with knowledge of cream production, milk handling, batch making, and culturing processes.

Ability to operate and maintain dairy production machinery.

Computer literacy is essential.

Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and communication abilities.

Good physical fitness to manage the demands of the role.
