Antrim Salary up to £32,000 This is your opportunity to join a transport company who due to continued success are seeking for a Transport / Logistics Admin to join their highly successful team on a permanent full-time basis Duties Respond to Customers enquiries via telephone and email. Prioritise workload and assist routing and planning of vehicles Deal with PODs promptly Communicate with drivers re scheduled work, planned time off etc. Ensure customer data is accurate and up-to-date. General admin duties and record keeping of the vehicles and associated licenses. Sales invoicing and data input. Deal with customers with booking and pricing jobs. Plan schedules for cost efficiency eg, booking back loads.
