Position Summary
Arcadis is seeking a Process Engineering Technician to join our team in Cork, Ireland.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and supporting the project requirements.
The coordination must be consistent with Client standards.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and adaptable person with some previous experience of working in a manufacturing / Lab environment.
The successful candidate will be required to have excellent safety focus and demonstrated the ability to follow operating procedures, also with the ability to work well as part of a multifunctional team.
This position will be based in Cork
Key Responsibilities
Follow semiconductor standard safety and operations protocols
Follow and maintain standard operating specs for all relevant cleanroom equipment
Assist process engineer in running of wafer fab process tools, including but not limited to Chemical cleaning, patterning, deposition, etch, dice, grind, and metrology by operating relevant fabrication tools
Conduct monitoring runs and associated data collection to support SPC (Statistical Process Control) and tool stability
Assist in conducting Design of Experiments and data compilation
Assist in performing data analysis in collaboration with process engineering
Assist failure analysis of equipment in collaboration with engineering
Support material movement through line and logistics
Maintain tool status in MES (Manufacturing Execution System) or other systems as needed
Assist Process engineer in preparing process specific training materials
Execute all relevant tool and material movement transactions to ensure MES data and inventories are correct
Train new team members
Collect and share the following documents
a. Process and tool performance logs
b. Standard Operation Procedures
c. Inventory Logs
d. Statistical Process Controls (SPC)
e. Process records
Education & Experience
Minimum – Certificate or diploma in a Science / physics / chemical discipline
Minimum – 6 months prior experience in a manufacturing / lab environment.
Previous experience of a data entry / MES systems is a definite advantage.
