About Your New Job

Lead key new product development projects, focusing on design, technology advancement, automation, vendor management, and project management.

Provide leadership in manufacturing technology innovation across the department.

Progress projects from concept to commercialization, playing a lead role in product, process, engineering, and leadership fronts.

Assess risks and resolve technical challenges with existing processes and technologies.

Work with cross-functional teams to define, execute, and deliver on new product development requirements.

Lead and support process development, characterization, and validation activities for new product introduction.

Participate in cross-site technical forums and build a network within the technical community.

Define and implement strategic goals in line with the business unit strategy.

What Skills You Need

Third Level 8 Degree or higher in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering or related discipline, with 10+ years' experience in a similar role.

Passionate about engineering concepts and principles, with proven expertise in equipment development, process development, process characterization, and innovation.

Excellent project management skills with a history of coordinating complex process characterizations and equipment across a PD team.

Experience using DRM practices and metrics such as PCX, WFX, and participation in or leading DFMA workshops.

Extensive knowledge in concept development, technology evaluation, process design and development, materials (polymers and metals), design for six sigma principles, CAD (Solidworks preferred), statistical techniques, process validation, and control.

Fluent in English with strong organizational, presentation, and project management skills.

Proven influencer with skills in driving large-scale technical initiatives.
