Hospitality Recruitment Specialist @ Storm Recruitment

We are assisting our client, a 4-star hotel in South Dublin , in recruiting a Sales Manager . This role focuses on driving new business and managing key corporate and conference accounts to maximise revenue and ensure growth for the hotel.

Location : South Dublin

Salary : €45,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and secure new opportunities within the corporate and conference markets
Develop and grow a portfolio of major accounts, ensuring revenue targets are met
Stay informed of competitor strategies, rates, and offerings to maintain a competitive edge
Track and analyse lost or declined leads, refining sales tactics for future opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, locally and internationally
Conduct regular sales trips and client appointments
Engage in telesales and outreach campaigns to generate leads
Organise and host site inspections for potential clients
Coordinate corporate hospitality events and familiarisation trips
Represent the hotel at trade shows and industry events

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years in a similar hotel sales role, preferably in the 4-star market

Have a full clean driver’s license and their own transport

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach

Self-motivated, leadership-driven, with the ability to exceed annual sales targets

Experience in setting and achieving sales budgets
