Senior Fundraiser

to lead by example, drive results, and support the next generation of fundraisers.

What You'll Be Doing

Representing a well-known charity through door-to-door fundraising, inspiring long-term monthly support.

Focusing on hitting and exceeding your own KPIs – with strong earning potential through uncapped commission.

Providing occasional support (approx. 20% of your time) to new starters in the field, helping with on-the-job learning, confidence-building, and encouragement.

Previous experience in face-to-face fundraising / sales (door-to-door, street fundraising, or events).

A full, clean driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Ideally based in a city centre for easy team collection and drop-off.

Strong leadership and motivational skills with a results-driven mindset.

A passion for making a difference and engaging with the public.

Location : Nationwide

Salary :

€30,000 base + €12,000 performance bonus (uncapped earning potential)+ fuel card

Additional Perks :

€7 daily lunch allowance (€1,750+ per year)

Full-time, Permanent (6-month fast-track to Team Leader)

Hours :

12 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday

On-Target Earnings (OTE) :

€43,750+ per year, with no limit on overachievement
