Responsibilities

Assist the store manager in overseeing all daily activities

Mentor and supervise store employees as directed by the Store Manager

Take full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager

Collaborate on daily operations, including merchandising, customer service, and human resources

Report on daily operations and assist in the creation of recruitment and sales strategies

Maintain optimal shop inventory levels and ensure compliance with health and safety laws

Keep the store aesthetically pleasing and address customer issues efficiently

Support clients and troubleshoot as needed

Own and contribute to store sales targets

Perform additional tasks as directed by upper management

Requirements

Prior experience at supervisor / assistant manager level

Leadership and team education skills

Strong communication and organizational abilities

Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule

Exceptional interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Ability to perform various work floor activities, including reaching aloft, bending, squatting, kneeling, and carrying goods
